Chris Tucker has been an insurance broker for more than 30 years. His career started in the UK, with initial training and the first 11 years with an international broker. He served as a Director of the UK (London based) insurance arm of an international bank and was Chairman & Managing Director of an independent UK Insurance Broker for over 10 years.

Chris emigrated from the UK (with his Canadian wife and three children) to Alberta, Canada in 1997. Before forming AB Southern Insurance, Chris was General Manager and VP with a Western Canadian Insurance Consolidator. He is a graduate of the Canadian Insurance Institute, holding the designation of Chartered Insurance Professional
